Olinb: Dark, Debonair, and Definitely Deserving
He came. He purred. He conquered our hearts.đ€

Olin showed up looking like heâd just walked off the set of a street brawl, covered in deep bite wounds and scratches. Something had really done a number on him. It took multiple rounds of anesthesia and careful wound care to help him begin to heal.
At first, he was slated for return to the outdoors as part of our TNR (trap-neuter-return) program. Thatâs why he has an ear tip. We thought he wasnât meant to be a house cat.
But even in those early days, when he looked more like a battle-worn alley cat and had every reason to be angry at the world, Olin leaned in for head rubs. He didnât hiss. He didnât hide. He purred.
And just like that, our plan changed.
We realized this guy was a total softie, a survivor with the gentlest heart. We knew he deserved more. While his ear tip might say âtough guy,â everything else about him says âcuddle me.â
Today, Olin is mellow, affectionate, and fully on the mend. Yes, heâs still sporting a few battle scars, which will fade with time, but theyâll always be part of his story â a reminder of how far heâs come.
What wonât fade? His love of chin skritches, his chill vibe, and his absolute refusal to leave your lap.
Because of you, Olin didnât go back to the streets. Your compassion and support gave him the time, care, and comfort he needed to rest, recover, and reveal the tender soul behind that rough-and-tumble exterior.
And, as soon as Olin was ready to be adopted, his perfect person saw past the scars and is giving him all the love and head scratches he deserves.
Thank you for making second chances like Olinâs possible. You didnât just change his fate. You gave him the life he never knew he could have.
